Friendliest staff, cleanest inside. 12/10 well managed
I recently ordered two taco combo meals from Taco Time, totaling $14.12. When I got home, I discovered my hard shell tacos were soggy, and shockingly, I found a metal hook inside one, which damaged my tooth. When I spoke to the manager, Monica, she dismissed my concerns and even accused me of placing the hook there. This was a deeply disturbing experience. Drive thru timing of store till 11pm we went there 10:15pm . Whole staff were present and we saw them through window and knock the window as well but they ignored us totally. Staff has to be answerable during shift
This was the weirdest and grossest thing I’ve ever ordered. Is the chili supposed to be dry as the Sahara?
