Visited this location to see if things got better to only see things are worse! Giovanni handled my order and others, and when he went to drop my burrito into the oil, he didn’t wash his hands first him being a manager. I was very disgusted. Then I talked to another manager about this situation, even though when I walked in the restaurant, I witnessed her with gloves on washing a dish at the dish area And she didn’t change her gloves so that was the right flag. I ordered a number three without tomatoes, but I still received them. The staff was unfriendly and did not respond when I ordered through the drive-thru. Even at the window, they just stared at me. I’m not sure if it was just a slow day or what, but it was not a good experience. I do not have these problems/issues when I visit the Auburn Taco Time location.
Bad service at night. The manager in very bad mood
Gotta check your order. Make sure you get correct selections. They like to give you chicken. Instead of beef. Especially crisp burittoes.
The taco was so tiny. All I wanted was a #10 But got 3 bites of a sad ass taco. Waited because the fish wasn't ready and got cold tots And Out of rootbeer sounds like a failure of management. Taco time is my #1 goto. But not here.
