I ordered thru Uber Eats tonight. Asked for the meat on the side for the Taco Salad because it won't be eaten until the other half gets off at 11pm. I also asked for crispy tater tots. They did neither. The tots were cold, soggy and a very pale brown. The meat was included in the taco salad so it can't be reheated. Nothing was very warm, I only live 1 mile away from this store too!! If you allow customers to put special requests on their orders, your employees need to be taught to READ them. Very disappointing!!

Normally, the food is great and everything goes really well. Tonight, I remember that I had a reward and thought on my way home I would treat myself 😉. I arrived a few minutes before 10:00 and didn't know what time they closed so I pulled into the drive-thru and waited. Nobody answered. Around 9:58 I decided just to start talking and ask what time they closed and their response was, "yeah, sorry, we're closed."
