More Staff. Pick up the pace. Anything could make this location better at this point. It's terrible.
was @ this store at about about 11:30 Am. the staff and manager were rude. the tacos had very little cheese, the taco burgers looked like a 2 year made them. if I was a misery shopper it would have been a total fail.
You wait at least 30 minutes for 2 tacos. Been going downhill since November. Soda machine needs to be cleaned badly. Coke doesn't even taste like coke and comes out with sticky residue. Used to go here at least twice per week, after 13 bad experiences will not be going back.
RecommendedReally getting tired of the rudeness of the man currently at the drive through right now. He is always interrupting when orders are placed to ask which sauce. Let the customer finish talking! Also shoving drinks and orders at you once you get to the window, with no time to set items down. Looking forward to the meal and he sours the whole experience!
Well for Starters, They Definitely NEED to Srart TASTEING the MEAT Befor Serving it to the Paying CUSTOMERS, and/or SHOULD Make it a PRIORITY SAFETY RULE to Check AND CONFIRM the Meat/Products/Produce/ and the Condiments They are SERVING is FRESH and cooked thoroughly ( without the taste of OLD Greas in the meat) and the taco sauce has more of a taco sauce taste not Ketchup! And, Make it Right with the Customers, when a issue is brought to their attention
I went to get some tacos and when I was at the window the old lady Nancy was obviously drunk and told me to burn in hell and was screaming at the employees and made fun of my haircut for no reason.
RecommendedWe went to Taco Tico (on north Tyler) for the first time in decades, since moving back to Wichita. Sadly, they messed up our order and since we did not notice until returning home, 5 miles away, instead of going back, we called. The manager on duty was very apologetic and promised to make things right during our next visit. She did that and much more! Kudos on good food and good service! Will definitely come back again and again and again!
RecommendedWe’ve been going to them for years and we will continue to support them. It was one of my fathers favorite places to eat at on Tuesdays.
It is common knowledge that covid is a VASTLY OVERBLOWN "plandemic." You need to open up the dining room!!!!
