I ordered a burrito and the tortilla was dry and very cracked the preparation was just thrown together really gross. I asked if I could get it remade and the worker said yes but it will take 20 min and I said no id rather have something else and take back the burrito for just two tacos. I would pay the difference and she said that I couldn't do that and would just have to order the two tacos and eat the cost off the inedible burrito.
