Was a little disappointed with panchitos. Used cheese sauce instead of real melted cheese and fajita burrito was a little skimpy on the meat
We had a problem with our food. We addressed it with the manager we just asked him to replace the dish. He came back with a fresh dish and comped the meal. He was apologetic and very friendly. Not every dining experience is perfect however when you go above and beyond to have good customer service it says alot about you as a manager.
