I went to Taco Palenque to today and it was disappointing. I visit the Edinburg location on University Drive several times a week and it's always great. Today's plate was not great. The fajitas had a lot a gristle and fat. The tortillas were tough and dry and under cooked. They tasted like either left over tortillas from the morning breakfast shift or yesterday's leftovers.
