We had the best experience with Taco Mojo! The food was fantastic and the crew was great to work with! Thank you everyone for keeping my wedding fun for all of our guests! I even had a wedding cake knife that was missing 8 months after the event that they had waiting for me when I realized. Weddings must be hard to cater to demanding brides. Thankfully that’s not me. I know to this day that all who worked our event had a great time! Thank you for your service!
If you are thinking about hiring Taco Mojo for a wedding, please reconsider. This company was hired to cater our daughter's wedding, and it is a regret. I have read similiar reviews about disorganized staff, lack of transparency from the owner, and other dissatisfactions. Believe these! This caterer appears to be professional and concerned about making your event wonderful, but we were fooled into believing this. If I could give no stars I would. Taco Mojos/Canon Catering overpromised and under performed in a multitude of ways. They are not equipped for an outdoor wedding. Staff is rude and unorganized. My rental company may have been an hour late but Taco Mojo showed no initiative to be proactive about setup or trying to minimize a shift in timeline. I would not recommend taco mojo for catering a wedding. We recently had our wedding catered by taco mojo and it was extremely unorganized. Taco mojo markets themselves as being a catering service with a coordinator. The coordinator I was in communication with for about a year did not show up to our event. My entire family and wedding party had to set up place settings and linens while staff from taco mojo staff watched.
