I stopped her about 1:45 on 2/4/16 to get a quick lunch. I asked for 2 bean burritos with onion, and pico de gallo. They told me they would have to charge me for the pico de gallo. I asked how much and they said 50 cents. I paid it but I was not happy because they have the salsa bar inside and I could get as much as I wanted if I had went inside. Not a fast food place we went thru drive thru one pickup at window one waiting at door for order. Place order over speaker she was slow and unsure of how to input remove sause. Then wait 20 min behind pickup finialy some brought the car pull past window a bag. Then 10 more they gave the pickup a bag of chips he left. We drive up after 30 min in line. Under new management. I always get treated with respect when I go in(well in the morning anyways) night managers are rude and seem to only care about their paychecks and not trying to make the store better.
I will tell you that the del city oklahoma taco mayo has the rudeist people working there . They have a new manager and she doesnt care about anything but going out to take a smoke break every 10 min . I had a problem with a order and she acted like it was my fault that it was wrong . And I also was to get a call from the district manager Scott and he never called me back . Its been 1 week from today . So I understand why this taco mayo store sucks .
Management at chickasha taco mayo has issues with customers like cursing and hanging up on you for asking about a job at lunch time ok I should have waited but no need for all that
hardly any cheese on eveything i ordered. second time there order & pay for extra cheese and still not much on my food
