I hired this catering company for my wedding and unfortunately walked away very disappointed with several aspects of their service. First, I was under the impression that quesadillas, chips, and salsa would be served as appetizers during cocktail hour. Ricky from Taco man Express is professional nice. He got back to me very quickly with the information for my reservation. The food was delicious. We had a party for 75 guest. The taco bar was wonderful. The crew that set up and cook was great, nice and efficient. I would definitely use Taco man Express and crew again.
DO NOT HIRE TACOMAN EXPRESS for Your Wedding Tacoman Express (Santa Maria, CA) was one of the worst decisions we made for our big day. Their communication was sloppy and unprofessional from the start. The night before our wedding, they emailed at 10 PM asking if the venue had ovens — despite months of coordination. They called the groom 15 minutes before the ceremony to ask where to park, then hung up on him. We had Taco Man Express for our rehearsal dinner and they did a fantastic job. The food was delicious and kept the line moving very quickly so there was no long wait for our 150+ guests. Also we asked for a non-traditional menu since we are vegetarian and they accommodated us without hesitation. We had impossible meat, potato, and grilled veggie tacos that were all delicious. The quesadillas were also fire. Would definitely work with them again!
