We love this place but it's ridiculous that they charge you $0.65 or more for sour cream, cilantro dip or other types of condiments. Especially when they're making money hand over fist on their beer!
This location does NOT know how to make a philly cheese steak. 3 out of 4 times I have received hard hoagie rolls and 1 time it was missing cheese. They brought me a slice of cheese on a plate!?!?

Order 15 minutes ahead. Service could be much quicker, but the place is reasonable with great beer.
