They forgot my nacho cheese 9 times out of 10. I called one day to tell them I was tired of wasting my gas money to come and get the cheese and would prefer a refund for just the cheese, they passed me to the manager who hung up on me. I called back and it rang for ten minutes, called off my husband's phone and they answered immediately.
