Ok, I think I can write this review now without my heart brining me to tears. About 2:45pm I went to this Taco John's for a snack and drink. When I entered the restaurant a person of need (aka homeless lady) was at the counter crying and upset and begging for something to eat. The manager whom was very non compassionate or empathetic said to the young lady " apologize but I can not give you food only water". Once I heard this I turn looked at this lady. Super fast!
The female scheduled at the window in 7/9 at 830pm was extremely rude. We have never been to a Taco John’s before and we were traveling from out of state. We did take a few minutes at the menu board and she was so condensing as we were trying to navigate the menu and ask questions. We requested hot sauce during our drive through order and told us to remind her at the window which we did and still no sauce at all. When we went back into the location for hot sauce, the female disappeared. Not a great first impression at all.
Potato Ole tasted like they were fried in old, nasty grease. It ruined my meat and potato burrito.
whoever was working drive through tonight was very kind and made sure my order was made well, food was hot and fresh
