I guess just like most fast food restaurants it has gone down hill. You pay more to get less & the quality is just not there anymore in my opinion. I was doing a roadtrip & this was fast, but wish I would’ve just made my sandwich.
Ok, with as many people working food should be hot. Shells should be crisp. People with long hair should either have it tucked or in a hair net. Its not hard to make sure a steam table is stocked with items at the correct temperature. Two lbs of potato Oles should not be sitting around getting cold and nasty. These guys were more worried about sitting in the dining area charging phones. Absolutely not representing TJ's brand. Bad food is one thing, but food not tempered correctly is bad things waiting to happen.
No meat on my burrito wich pictures on the menu showed tons of meat.
