I love taco John’s & frequent often here in Billings. But this evening’s experience was far from pleasant, from the time we walked in the door we heard constant yelling from whoever was running the kitchen, they were even yelling at the teller while he was trying to take out orders, causing him to yell back at the kitchen & not hearing our orders the first couple times. I love taco John’s and I’ll be very honest! Not all taco John’s are the same there are several locations that I avoid at all cost. With that being said in the Billings area the Shiloh Taco John’s is the most consistent in being quality and done right each time! They are always friendly and prompt. And the building is very clean and well kept! If there is a Taco John’s to go to in Billings this is the one you are looking for!

Ordered and paid extra for sour cream and cheese and guacamole. Also ordered taco sauce. I received NONE of that. No big surprise - the guy handed me the bag and never even checked to see if I ordered a drink. Had to ask for it. No one was paying attention to the details of the order whatsoever. Never again.

Came in during lunch time rush hour so it was super busy, but despite that my food was brought out to me quickly. Service was awesome as they were doing great to accomodate their customers. My food was warm and pretty good for fast food; my only complaint is my beans were not as warm as I expected.
