Just NO!!!! Cleaner? in the food! Dried up rice! Whats going on here?? I rarely get TJ because they're so over priced but had an olay craving. I Ordered lots of food because we r family of 6... 2 sides rice and a rice "boss bowl" had rice so old, brown and dried up it was as hard as raw rice!! The pico de gallo on bowl smelled so strong of floor CLEANER we made everyone in our home smell it and all agreed it must have been sprayed with cleaner and was 100% inedible! Disgusting. Went in today around 3 or 4. My daughter had to use the restroom so we went inside. I am glad we did. I would not eat anywhere that was that filthy. If the dining room and bathroom were that bad, I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. The floors were sticky and there was food everywhere. They looked and felt like they hadn't been mopped in a week. I didn't even want my child to sit on the toilet but she had to go bad. Your employees are lazy. Straight up no excuse for that ish. Only came here because I got gift cards. Almost wasn’t worth the wait to get the food even though it didn’t cost me anything. Some rice was still hard, tortillas were stale, took forever to get my food. Just going to stick with Taco Bell from now on. I also still had $14 left on a gift card and I had to ask for it back.
2 stars cause we still ate most of it. I rarely leave reviews but tonight I was actually really upset we went through the drive thru around 8:30 for dinner, very polite id like to think, got our food and drove home. My red rice was hard and inedible; It was like they had burnt it to the pan, my boyfriends "steak" quesadilla was pork and folded weird and was like the tortilla had been left out to dry and only the center had meat and cheese over half of it was dried/crispy tortilla.
