This Taco Johns got our order wrong two times tonight. First they forgot to give us our chicken quesadilla, then when we came back, they laughed and gave us a new cheese quesadilla. Still no chicken quesadilla. After the second try we gave up and realized that this Taco Johns has never gotten our order right and we don't know why we keep forgetting how crappy the service is here. Buyer beware!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrea is a legend. I rolled into Taco John’s around 5:45 with a massive order and enough weird modifications to confuse a robot — but Andrea didn’t flinch. She was super friendly, totally on top of it, and made sure everything was just right (even my “plain but extra-veggie” softshell taco masterpiece). The rest of the team was just as efficient — my whole order was ready the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru window. That kind of speed and accuracy deserves serious applause.
