Stopped by one evening and got two burritos. This was our first time at Taco Del Mar, but counter-serve “build-your-own” burrito model is quite familiar to me. Coming from the southeast where we have a lot of good options for this model (Willys, Moes, Barberitos, etc), perhaps my standards were too high. EXPERIENCES --> I find this place to be ridiculous. Second and LAST time going. Tiny tacos, poorly made. Super expensive. --> Taco Bell is far MORE AUTHENTIC in its flavors. And far cheaper. FOOD IN PHOTO BELOW WAS $11 (!!!) and tasted old and blaaaannnd.

The roll your own burrito is super good and big enough to fill you up. I ordered through doordash and haven't been to their establishment so I have no input on service or the restaurant itself.
