Got told to wait for my order (this is totally fine) but someone else shows up and just says his order and it's immediately handled. Immediately left after that, not having that bs
New owners, they clearly don’t care. Used to be so good, now it’s just slop. They’ll respond to this and say “sorry this isn’t what our customers are accustomed to” don’t listen to that. The customers are accustomed to trash food. It’s gone downhill so hard.
Parked at the store and discovered that all my loyalty points have been removed without any indication or warning. Contacted the app directly over a week ago and didn't receive a response. Disappointed that my years of loyalty have been rewarded with such a disregard for customer service. Won't be visiting this franchise anymore. EDIT: I contacted the website that the store suggested in their response several days ago. They have yet to respond give me a response.
