The food is always fresh and prepared to order, a healthy alternative to conventional fast food, and served by a familiar host ( low employee turnover indicates good business behind the scenes also!) I'm always impressed, wait till you watch these guys roll up a mondo burrito! I recenty delivered a mondo to my tiny mother with a huge appetite, she text me within a half hour "that was awwwwesome!"
Think Subway meets Mexico and you've got Tacos Del Mar. Instead of telling them the bread you want, tell them what kind of tortilla to use when making your tacos or burrito. Then select the ingredients the way you like your Mexican made. They also make taco salads, enchiladas, and nachos. I usuaLLY like taco del mars but this one was not good. The food was cold and I had to return it.
The fast food is good but lacks its regular customer base at this location. Friendly though.
Good food but for some reason they got rid of the shrimp!
