Ordered off of door dash 3 times and politely asked for sauce on the side every time ive ordered, (which i didnt think was such a big deal because the sauce was an add on that i paid for) and its been ignored each time along with no utensils or napkins. I work in the food industry and i know they can see the special requests, if they couldnt the store wouldnt have allowed the request feature on doordash. Accuracy is key.

Edit: the rudest staff and terrible food. I will never come here again. I like the food. However there is one employee there who doesn’t communicate well. Last time I was there she argued with me when I tried to explain that I spent over $15 and should therefore get three punch stamps, not two. She is the type of person who either does not understand or admit wrong. I ended up just leaving out of frustration. They should train their staff better.
