We usually order at Taco city no problem, but it seems they changed the ordering website and I didnt receive what I ordered. I called in regards to my burrito that didnt have lettuce, beans, cheese or sour cream and the avocado that i paid for additionally. The lady over the phone was rude off the bat, telling me that she cant do anything for me. Her tone was rude and dismissive, I didn't greet her in any way to recieve such treatment. Very good! We are glad we checked it out!
I will never eat here again, my food was obviously old (not warm inside), not extra meat like I ordered, so I asked them to remake it, they said they wouldn’t. Really bad service and food. Noticed they took the restaurant inspection rating off their door.
