I ordered the super nachos when I called to complain the lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give her name i would like the district manager to reach out this was uncalled for and unacceptable

We had decided to come here to eat and we went through drive thru first but decided to in as soon as we had walked in there was trash everywhere, overhead someone on the phone saying they’ve been there waiting on there food for 20 minutes… We ordered our food and the cashier was rude and seemed like she had better things to do. About 20 minutes later we finally got our food. Went back inside real quick and someone was saying how they were very rude to her…. Overall the food was good but it was disgusting and rude.
Taco Casa is a hidden gem for Mexican fast food. I just had discovered this place after my wife had suggested eating there. The Super taco, Tostada, Chilada, Super Nachos and the Super Burrito were all top notch. The staff is always super friendly and always welcoming. If you see one, stop by and order something from the menu, you won’t be disappointed.
Hey it’s old Taco Bell! So it’s all good food! Quicker than the real thing too! I like this place and trust me this is the best place to eat in the city!!
