I don't usually complain. We dined in this time. We live 45 minutes out of town and we usually do the drive thru take it home to reheat of course. But when we got to the counter the cashier was on her phone with her head down, she had no idea we were standing there wait for her to acknowledge us. She didn't. I was surprised that was allowed.
