I went to this restaurant. Ordered a couple of beef fajitas, and when i opened my wrapped fajitas, there was 2 small pieces of fajita steak on each taco and a strip of onion. Because i asked to add onions. I felt totally outdone. I paid almost 12$ for my food. I took it back and asked for it to be refunded or re made. Upon reaching the window, the individual in charge became confrontational and questioned why the order was not placed through the speaker system. After clarifying the situation, service was refused and my drink order was not taken. This reflects a failure in basic customer service, communication, and conflict resolution.
