I ordered 5 dozen breakfast tacos TC way for 8am pickup. The order was complete and correct, the tacos enjoyed by the group very much. I did have to wait for my order ~15min to be completed when I arrived.
Once I ordered delivery and waited for a very long time! While I was waiting, I tried to call them for more than 25 minutes! They picked up the phone, asked me to wait and just ignored me! As a result, the cutlery didn't put the cutlery and mixed up my order at all! The food is delicious! The service is shit.
Went through the drive-thru new years morning. My husband ordered bean, bacon, & chorizo tacos we get home & he was only given chorizo & egg. I then open my beef nachos & its all cold. The beans especially felt fresh out the fridge. I tried to call to complain to have my ordered replaced & we can't even do that because there's an automated system that wont allow you to speak to anybody at the store. Most places were closed on me years day. The servers were friendly and the food was fine. In the past i had given bad review due to lack of workers to cook and clean, slow service. It seems to have improved
