Taco Cabano maintains a “staple” position in my family. This visit, we opted for the bean taco plate and carrizo tacos! This location was well staffed and must have gone through valuable training. My interactions were notable and my encounters were met with friendliness.
Older man working the drive thru Saturday Friday night was so rude, ugly attitude and the food looked and tasted terrible. He acted like he didn't know what food they served. And the crispy beef tacos had almost zero meat and all the toppings were just thrown out of the tacos.
I had a large order, so I went inside to avoid clogging up the drive-through. I expected to be there for at least 10 minutes, but my 24 tacos were ready in less than 5 minutes. The order was perfect, and the woman who helped me was so professional, and her service was awesome!!
The taco box comes with potato and egg tacos, but they were out of said potato and egg.. so we had to pay to have the box changed? That wasn't our choice, and we had to pay an extra 8 dollars for the change? Look that's just unfair all around. As someone who has been in customer service my entire adulthood... that's not how that should have happened. How disappointing.
