The other day the guy at the window with red hair beard is very disrespectful and has no idea of customer service. Got my order wrong still made me pay for after I pointed it out. Just seems like a miserable dude. Don’t work there if you hate it. I come here all the time and he just didn’t care to adjust it fix it just told me to get lost. Terrible service and if I ever go back and see you red hair ill make sure to tell you.
Horrible! Your expectations should never be high when it comes to TBKs but this place is just wrong. I pass by this place all the time and finally decided to stop by when I saw they had a drive thru. No one answered at the drive thru so I ended up going inside. The person with the headphones that I'm assuming took the drive-thru orders ran away. The Cook had to walk over and take my order!
