Get off the phone, or at least put it down, and have the decency to talk to me through the window, don't just throw my bag at me. And. I don't care how small it is, you NEVER round up the total without getting confirmation from the customer. But, had you bothered to at least talk to me, I'm sure you would have asked....right? That's for the woman who works the window. The 2 guys are always 100% on their game
The last few times I've been here, the service in the drive thru has been particularly unfriendly. The same people that were friendly before, now are not. Last night I didn't get a "Hello" or even a "Thank you". It was "here" and closed the window. Not really rude, but not glad to see me either. If you don't like your job anymore, there are plenty of other options.
