The staff are attentive and polite.
This location is below average when compared to other locations. This service was not up to par. The food was a bit cold, and definitely did not taste fresh. Customer service could use a little work. Overall it was an unsatisfying experience. With an unsatisfying product. Update: I experienced great customer service today, September 16, 2025. Jim took my order and ensure that I got everything I ordered and followed up with an offer to get my condiments. Good job!
The Collinsvillle location ALWAYS surpasses my expectations! Love Bueno!!!
