Young man at the drive through mumbled horribly and didn't confirm the order. At the window I asked him to confirm my order and he ignored me. Rude.
Went through the drive-thru. The boy talking was barely understandable. Discovered my order was wrong (missing something I paid for). I went back. He had the nerve to rudely say , "You sure you're missing it?" Are you kidding me? I told him, "Yes, why would I drive back within 60 seconds?" "Would you like to see my receipt and check my bag?" Called manager...just so maybe she can talk to her employees about courtesy and manners.
The people I encounter in the drive-thru are always polite and helpful. They get you thru the line quickly, and they are efficient .
Incredibly slow drive through. Sat in line for almost 45 minutes. Once up to window, person running window was simply taking his time with everything. No sense of urgency at all. Just at his own slow pace. Order was incorrect.
