This is the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, at the drive thru, and the employee didn't offer me my receipt. Why is this? Is this the new trend? Well, I want things back to what they were, where they just naturally hand it to customers without asking or not. This is ridiculous! So now I have to ASK for it? NOt GOOD.
We eat there once a week and always enjoy it and the people working there! I always Love eating Tacos there and Kids come in with Parents a lot and they seem to like it Good! We eat there once a week ! No Alcohol there and I never want it !
This place is terrible ! Very slow , Alot of messup orders , They wont answer the phone or the phone is always busy ... I will NOT be coming back hear again at the Taco Bueno 2001 NW 23rd St Oklahoma City, OK 73106 ... Also the district manager will NOT call you back if you have a problem ... I have been waiting for them to call me back for about 2 weeks now ...

Food was horrible. Ordered over $70 worth of Tacos and Burritos for a dinner with the family. The crispy tacos were stale, and the soft tacos tasted as though they were cooked in old grease. Don't know what is going on here. Family members have also gone in and had to call out to individuals in the back for service. Used to be a decent place to eat... Will not be going back...

service was rediculously slow. kitchen area was filthy. food all over the floor. It was not very busy at the time so there is no excuse. Worst Bueno I have ever been to.

I was the fourth car in line, and it took 20 minutes to get my food. My order was completely wrong, so I had to pull up and wait. The boy at the window walked away muttering that I needed to pay attention. The order was still wrong when I got home. The chips were bland and stale and the guacamole had absolutely no taste whatsoever. I would like to give them less than one star--rude, bad food, slow service. Not one positive comment.
