Very slow service. There was only 2 cars in drive thru. Need to work on customer service.
First of all, the first thing that happened when I walked to the counter and the girl behind the counter very rudely asked if I had a mask, and when I told her no because I have asthma, she tried to tell me that she couldn’t serve me. Well according to Governor Abbot, anyone with a medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask isn’t required to. No masks, no gloves, looked like only two employees who were back and forth doing between taking money and making food! Not enough employees for sure and poor mgmt. Not going back to any Bueno!
The Second time I’ve tried to eat there since they reopened and both times they’ve been people there but they were “Closed “ one time at 8:25 in the evening and once at 9:50 in the evening I called and ask them what their hours are and they don’t have standard hours, just if they’re busy enough they stay open, not a great way to run a business also terrible customer service I will not be going back
This location is the worst! Go to 86th instead. Long wait times and food is always bad.
Terrible service, out of salsa, queso, and taco shells. How?! This place gets worse every time I give them another shot. Someone really needs to get a better management team into this store. Do not go unless you want a terrible experience!

Horrible service. Stale and definitely not fresh food. We used to love Bueno but will never go back after several occasions with bad experiences and thrown away food.
