The black girl with the crappy black and white braids has a crappy attitude to match it. I had an online order for pick up and when I went to pick it up she just told me they didn't have an order for me and when I tried to show her my online receipt, she wouldn't even look at it until I stood in the dining area for a couple minutes reviewing my order. Terrible service. I know it’s fast food, but this is bad.
The girl running the drive-thur was very rude from the very beginning. Then she dropped my change an when I told her I wanted it she threw it at me basically. Very rude.

Today was the worst experience I have had here. The staff appeared to be training food had the thrown together look, and I waited over 15 minutes for 5 Churo's that didn't even have the cinnamon sugar on them.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. Andrea the manager lacks any sort of customer service skills and is completely disrespectful. Old, slimy onions, brown guacamole and chiladas literally floating in cheese sauce. If I wanted nothing but queso, I would have order queso. And I am pretty sure that old, slimy onions are not safe to eat.
Very disappointed in the Taco salad I got tonight you can see the fork tines when stuck in the center.
Just tried the chicken roll ups last week. They were good. But this week I ordered them and hardly any chicken in them. 2 of them had none. Also used to take your order as soon as you got to the speaker. Now you wait over 3-5 minutes. And no sauce.
Drive all the way there and it's closed. Hours need to be fixed.
