Always love the food, but I am leaving three stars because when going thru the drive thru on $1 taco Tuesday, my mom ordered four party tacos and was given a total, then she asked about the $1 taco Tuesday they said yes but if you ask. Just thought that was strange.
The girl in the drive thru has zero customer service skills. i ordered three burritos and i simply asked to add sour cream to them and she let out a huge sigh and said anything else? with an attitude like it was a huge issue to add some sour cream. nobody told you to get a job you hate so learn to do your job right or get a different one. tried to call to speak to a manager and they do not answer the phone. the girl working the window 1/29 around 4:10 pm needs some better training.
We frequent this Bueno couple times a week but this is unacceptable! We just got home from ordering a party platter through the drive through and this is what we opened up! So we just paid $8.10 for a big disappointment and will still be hungry. Not cool. It wasn't even busy! Be better! Please! We aren't asking much. Not trying to be rude. If you don't see what I'm showing, it's a taco with barely ANY meat in it at all. One taco was fine and the other one was just no toppings hardly any meat.
The food is fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and well tended. The staff are friendly and helpful.
