Great customer service. REY is the best!!
Without a doubt, the worst run Bueno I’ve ever been to. I love Bueno and, unfortunately, this location is closest to where I live. Every time I’ve been, there’s a new sign taped to the drivethru speaker listing what isn’t working this time…credit card machine is down, speaker doesn’t work, no water, no power, etc. and it’s dirty inside and out. Twice now I’ve pulled up to the speaker and no one takes my order..just never acknowledges you so no idea if the speaker is broken or someone just doesn’t care. Go inside and no one k... read more
The workers were fighting and complaining about working on Labor Day - they even said swear words. It was entertaining but sad that they seemed so upset.
