The best menu item is the quesorit
I showed up at 1150 and they already had the door locked before the official closing time. I was picking up Uber eats and I saw the two bags on the counter. They couldn’t hand me the bags and told me that had to go to the drive through that already had 12 cars in front of me. I wanted to call the main office to tell them about this. But they are closed. This is the time they should be working If you ever saw the lines at Taco Bell on Friday and Saturday you know what I mean. How many people are here at 900am on a Tuesday???
Ever since they introduced AI in the drive thru, I've stopped going. It gets my order wrong half the time. Way more frequently than humans. And the money saved hiring less employees and not having a human on drive thru is not being passed onto the customers. Prices are as high as ever. This feature is a negative benefit to the consumer. There are plenty other places that aren't incorporating this technology. I'll be going there.
It ONLY offered you to order food thru Kiosk and inside the floors and tables were dirty. And it was COLD in there. You should SERVICE people if they want to order your food not just thru a kiosk. And when I went to counter they all ignored me. No welcome at all.
Had to pull a chair up to the counter because they refused to take my order hollering to me to use the kiosk but I'm not able to operate it. I was polite the entire time. Do better Taco Bell.
