The humans working there were very kind. The kiosk is buggy and their way of pouring/serving beer is weird and ineffective. I boutght a buritto, a beer and a tequilla shot for $21: beer $8, tequila $5, buritto $6 +tax. I never got a receipt from the kiosk dispite giving it my number. There is no option for a printed receipt. The "receipt" that was sent to the workers did not include my tequila. I bought another tequila shot and got the recipt sent to me that time. I came to pick up an order. The employee asked me to “confirm”. As I tried to take the picture, she held onto the bag in a way that I couldn’t take it properly. So I reached for the bag to get a photo. She resisted resulting in a torn bag. This escalated into her telling me to “cancel” as she took back the order then walked away. I was shocked. I came here on August 15 at the location right next door to the T-Mobile store. I came in because T-Mobile doesn't have a customer restroom, and the rep told me I could buy something here and use theirs. So I did. Ordered at the kiosk, then had to ask an employee for the bathroom code. On my way to the bathroom I saw a big roach on the floor. On my way back out, it was still sitting in the same spot. The place was filthy. The trash was over flowing in the cans and there was a huge full trashcan of garbage right in the middle of the dining area. The tables where dirty and needed to be washed. I was trying to get some water and soda came out of the water dispenser. So I'm not surprised that the food made me so sick I had to rush Horne and miss my movie. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell.
