Mobile ordering here is a joke. My friends and I work next door to this place and we used to order in advance (30 mins to an hour or more in advance) so it's ready, but consistently they never make the orders and when you go to pick it up they give you attitude and have no excuse as to why your food isn't ready. Food was delicious(hot and fresh). Service was quick and friendly. I watched a customer leave a mess (some people don’t have common courtesy) and they quickly cleaned the table/area. Thank you.
Extremely slow
Came here absolutely starving, it was after a night out. First off, the service was honestly not amazing, it 25-35 minutes for my food to come out. Adding on to that, they forgot the chicken in my food, i had to ask them for it and it took another ten minutes just to get my chicken. Secondly, the atmosphere was pretty average, a little dirty tho. Most tables had food residue or trash on them, same with the floor. Dont do mobile orders here, especially at night. They scam you by saying the order is ready, and then they make you wait for 60+ mins until you cancel the order yourself. If the store is not equipped to handle a large volume of orders then they should temporarily stop taking online orders instead of lying about order statuses. The delivery drivers end up waiting a lot as well. Also when asked about order statuses, the people at the take out counter give you an attitude, as if they are doing a favor.
