Extremely disappointed. I placed an order through the app and clearly listed my allergy restrictions, but none of them were followed. Because of this, I couldn’t eat any of my food. I submitted a complaint through the app, and instead of handling it professionally, the manager repeatedly called my personal phone number, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
