This taco bell definitely the best one I've been to in New York. The rest suck badly
The wait times are excessively long for no apparent reason. It seems they are either understaffed or the employees work at a very slow pace.
Was told to pull around front because they were working on a "big order" and that they'll bring the food out "when they can". I waited around 15 minutes and watched as multiple people who pulled up for mobile orders had their food promptly brought out, as well as people who had walked in after I parked walking out with their orders. Why even have a drive through if I have to wait out front anyways?
