The worst customer service i have ever seen. To be honest the worst Taco Bell i have ever stepped into. How hard is it to get an order right? They are in the right profession, I dont see them going any further in life.
I really tried to give them a chance. Two days, two different online orders. Day One Ordered a chicken deluxe box & a dirty Baja blast. No ingredients for the Baja blast(dirty) that’s fine. Got to my truck no chalupa. My order had different ideas, not going back fine. Day two. Ordered nacho dip and chips. 2 empanada orders and cinnamons. Get back to my truck all fudge empanada.
