Ordered a large drink and was given a small cup instead cause “they were out of large cups.” Was still charged for a large despite the fact and was told I could not change it. Ridiculous
God forbid these people ever get an order right. Just paying for food you won't get because literacy rates in this country are abysmal. Please, learn to read. This cannot be that difficult of a job.
Service at window was slow and cooks were standing around on phones.
Went through drive through took 20 minutes then 2 items were missing had to go back in to get them both and they were both missing parts to them
