Ordered three large drinks. Were given mediums. asked for them to refund since I paid for larger and they told me they couldn’t. I asked why they didn’t mark it out as of stock and he said they can’t. Manager was rude and dismissive. Took over 40 minutes to get food. Food was ice cold. Missing Crunchwrap supreme which my diabetic friend took insulin for and with the lobby closed and an hour wait we couldn’t go back through to get it.
