I waited 20 minutes for a drink and I walk up to ask where it is and they didn’t know how to make it. The customer service was rude and unhelpful.
Mid food and slow service
On my hour lunch break I attempted to get a quick bite to eat from this location. I pulled up to the drive thru and was not helped for 5 minutes. When the employee finally noticed my existence she asked if I had a mobile order. Which I stated no, she told me that the restaurant was putting a pause on orders. No explanation why or any sort of apology for the inconvenience. Unacceptable.
I don't go to Taco Bell for quality. I go to get from hungry to not. But if the nacho cheese was actually in the cup instead of all over everything else, that'd be great.
