I stopped by Taco Bell in Lake Wales yesterday on my way home from a road trip. I had a strange issue with my card. My banking app initially showed the transaction as declined, so I called the restaurant to let them know because I wanted to make sure everything was handled honestly. I spoke with Ms. Settle, and she was kind and helpful while trying to figure out what happened. My bank later told me there was a pending charge for $16.37, so hopefully it all gets sorted out.
