They are terrible. My mobile order was taken and no one verified the person. They place the bags outward on the counter where anyone can see and say they’re that person. They tried to say it was a delivery order when it said pick up trying to defend it. They made it seem like it was my fault for my food being taken. They showed zero empathy or remorse.
