Y'all need to let this new guy go. Its 7:30 am, no line, left us waiting for 10 minutes of straws gave us our food with no apology. Food got soggy and slightly stale. Not fast food, not good service, not good food. Why am I here.
I have been going to this location since 2005 when I moved here. I would like the option to order my food through the employed cashier. Not be forced to use the self service kiosk. I am not against using it, but if I want to order through the employed cashier, I should have that option. Having to be made to do that today made me walk out. I can get food somewhere else. The lady said somebody stole my pick up order. And they were unwilling to make it again, unless I buy it again.
