Lied about thier menu items. Told me they dont make what i ordered literally yesterday. Argued with me about it. Of what i was able to order they Forgot 2 of my items, the other 2 burrittos i did get, they were missing ingrediants (red sauce, onions, cheese). And how is the lid to my soda NEVER on? Also i just discovered there was a NATIONWIDE RECALL on taco bells pico de gallo and lettuce because of PARASITES which was 100% inside the cantina burrito they served me and i was not made aware.
Always very quick in the drive thru. Everyone is always so nice no matter the time of day especially the girl with the really pretty light eyes!!
Restaurant is fine. The app is crap..... Can't place an order through the app, so I have to pay regular price instead of movile order deal.....
I had ordered the tropical punch rockstar drink and I’ve had some good ones before at bristow location but for some reason they can’t make it right at this location in manassas. And the lady who worked there didn’t know they had chips and nacho supreme dip when I tried to order in the drive through so I had to order on my phone for pickup. I said it right too and she gave me an attitude that they only had chips and nachos and nacho bell grande and had no idea what I was trying to order.
