If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. This might be my worst fast food experience in my life. I showed up around 6:30, waited for the employee to take our order for a couple minutes, ordered, then sat down and waited… and waited… and waited… for 40 minutes, no kidding. As we were sitting down waiting for our food, we saw the only guy in the kitchen, cleaning. We went at 6:30 pm and ordered our food. there were three people working there and two of them weren't doing anything whatsoever. the other guy was in the kitchen doing stuff so we assumed he was making our food. 20 minutes go by, our food hasnt come out yet. we're not in a big rush so we assume its just taco bell being taco bell. 30 minutes go by, foods still not out yet, now it's starting to annoy us but it took about 20-30 minutes for every other family before us to get their food and we've got nothing but time so we assu... read more
