8:30 pm all lights on sitting in the drive thru and nothing . The employee was standing outside smoking talking to my guess his ride as I sat there for 15 mins I know he could clearly hear me saying hello trying to get an answer. I then drove around laid on my horn at the window still nothing. I then pull up and say “ are you guy closed or something “ he says yes . I then ask why the lights are all still on and why the website says open until 9 pm . All he could say is the lights turn off automatically. Complete bullshit
I ordered a cheese quesadilla with black beans, but they recklessly added chicken despite my meat allergy. The service was abysmal—careless and incompetent. I suffered severe food poisoning, relentless vomiting, and extreme stomach distress. Absolutely unacceptable and the worst Taco Bell experience ever!
We went through the drive through. The person serving us was so rude. And the drive through took 45 whole minutes for one meal. Absolutely ridiculous, won’t be coming back.
