I don’t normally have an issue at this location but today I was disappointed in my food. I ordered extra ground beef on my Mexican pizza (this is an upcharge) and the meat didn’t even go all the way to the edge of the shell.
Do not go to this Taco Bell. They will promise you after waiting 15 minutes for your order that it will be the next one out then proceed to serve all of the other guests in the lobby who came in after you. They only care about drive through orders.
Called an hour and a half ahead for a large pick up order, go to pick it up, I go in the lobby because the doors are unlocked and the lobby is full of people, to be told the lobby is closed (the lobby was full of EMPLOYEES PLAYING CARDS) with no one working at all. I inquire about my order to be told that HALF of it was made, and they didn't have any chicken or beef to make the rest of it?
