I don't normally review fast food chains but tonight I'm making and exception. SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF WORKING TONIGHT 4/7/26!!!! When I got in the drive thru they said upfront we're short staffed and it may be 20min. That's fine I don't mind waiting I know what it's like to be short staffed. I did think to myself great my order is probably going to be wrong. By far the worst taco bell i have ever been to. the employees are insanely rude, they slop together the food and you have to wait minimum 20-30 minutes just to get your food. i once got a cheesy gordita crunch that was COLD AND PINK. NEVER come here if you don’t have to. im saying this as someone who love taco bell, this is the worst taco bell ever
Terrible. Watched them screw up an order, customer brought it back in then they handed it to the door Dasher. ALL while waiting for my order 35 min. 3 people working
Slowest place ever. One worker making food. One on their phone.
A worker was so rude when I was asking to get my food and that made me so mad like I’m just trying to get my food
