Had to order with a tablet, apparently it’s no longer a thing to look at a menu and order food with a cashier, very complicated. Waited 15 minutes for the food, which was cold. Paid $17 for $3 worth of food. Tacos are just lettuce and cheese. And Doritos locos tacos is no longer a thing even tho it’s promoted on the taco wrappers.
We went after a hockey game for a quick bite before hitting the road- the music was BLASTING (though it turned on the minute we walked in), service was terrible, and the staff would not do anything about turning the music down or off (even after politely requesting it). They almost completely ignored us as well. I will never go there again if I can help it.
When I pulled up to the drive through I was very polite and asked for a moment to read the menu. The little lady on the Microphone Had a very rude tone to her voice. I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I used proper etiquette and said please and thank you when placing my order and confirming the price.
