The CR area seems to need a few more Taco Bell locations - because it took over 30 minutes from pulling up behind the last person in the drive through line until we got our food.
I’m officially giving up on fast food. Chicken chalupa used to be a treat for me. My first thought on biting into it shouldn’t have been “how long was this sitting out?” It wasn’t fresh, it was stale. Had to toss it.
I drove to Taco Bell with my friend in the passenger seat. I ordered a 7 dollar box then drove to the window. As I went to pay and hand the lady my card we both dropped it. It was a very windy day and I was getting ready to open my car door to get it. Before I could even react she jumped out of the window and picked up my card and handed it to me. Then she proceeded to jump back into the window she made it look very easy. If that isn't the best customer service ever then I don't know what is.
The staff isn't consistent they appear friendly but are often dismissive and don't attend to the lobby well im scared to look at the bathrooms when the lobby isn't up to par
Kelsei is always hard at work. The food is the best too
