This taco bell on Anderson road along with the one on Dave Lyle Blvd are A+++
Very disappointed in this location. Ordered a Crunchwrap with no sour cream. Watched the girl put sour cream on it then tried to wipe it off with a taco wrapper. Continued assembling my order and tried to give it to me. It should have been tossed and made again. If they are willing to do that in front of a customer, who knows what else goes on. This location has lost my trust. I won’t be back.
I go in around 820. Stand at the register. Multiple employees walk to to the register and walk by, ignore me and go on their way. Finally several minutes late, 1 young lady looked and asked how may I help you. I said wow.. someone actually sees me.
Food is good. Staff could be a bit more friendly.
We was on this location and we are feeling happy on this moment.
