I purchased cheese quesidillia and potato beef burrito. Both gross. Quesidillia was burned with not much cheese. The Burrito was disgusting with hard old potatoes. Even after getting mostly new staff. They still cant get it right. Taco Bell has good product. They just can't give you good quality when they make there items. THEY DONT CARE.
Every time I come here, the service is horrible, it’s ridiculous. Waiting almost an hour for something I ordered ahead online. There are four people working and they claim they’re understaffed but I’ve been places with better food and less workers and haven’t gotten service this bad.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality and consistency of this Taco Bell location on Auburn Road in Dacula. Tonight, around 10:00 PM, I ordered an Enchirito and the Mini Fajita Chalupas, and my order was unacceptable. The Enchirito looked nothing like what Taco Bell advertises. Instead of being neatly prepared with cheese covering the top, it was thrown together, sloppy, and barely assembled. I attached a photo comparing the advertised product to what I actually received.
