Waited 10 minutes at the counter before being even acknowledged, and that was only because another customer couldn't order through the Ai booth so he asked for help, either way jack in the box is in the same parking lot, so that's a plus
Horrible exp. Ordered black bean chalupa and curnchwrap, there was no black beans inside. Horrible in taco bell
Used the app, went through the drive thru. Tried the Pineapple Lime Rockstar Refresher, which is yummy! Friendly worker at the window, but that's the vibe at the location. Cool, fun times.
They took our order and then half of the staff went on break. They forgot our order as we watched nearly half a dozen people get their food after we ordered. When this was brought to the staff's attention, no apology, no urgency. Obvously no management. 20 minutes to get food.
